If you are in the UK or EU, we aim to deliver purchases to you within 2 to 3 working days. If you are outside of the UK and EU, please expect a slightly longer delivery period of 4-6 days. Please allow slightly longer during busier periods (at Christmas time and during sales). If for any reason we can't do this we will get in touch with you to let you know what is happening.

For all deliveries, including UK Royal Mail, the item will not be left without a signature. Please provide us with a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for. We are happy to deliver to your place of work.

Up to 2kg - £3.50 via 1st class Royal Mail, Tracked
2kg to 10kg - £8 via DHL
Orders over £50 free postage in UK only

International postal charges vary according to destination and weight. These are calculated for you in the checkout pages after selecting your destination. If your destination does not appear on the dropdown menu, please contact mailorder@culpeper.co.uk

Returns
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact our mail order team within 7 days of receipt of your goods. They will issue you with a returns number, this number must be quoted on your returns package. Items sent back without the appropriate returns number will be not be accepted.

International Orders - Customs Authorities
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, custom policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
