Dark green, tightly curled leaves of good flavour. Quick growing with excellent winter hardiness and heavy yielding. Parsley is the world's most popular herb and is a good source of folic acid, one of the most important B vitamins.

Directions
Sow from February to July and harvest from June onwards.
Indoors - early sowings in pots or trays under glass at 13 C. Thin to 5-6cm apart before gradually hardening off and planting out in April 25cm apart.
Outdoors - later sowings can go directly into the growing site 1cm deep. Gradually thin to eventual spacing of 25cm. The thinnings can be potted for winter use. Always harvest by cutting 2cm above the soil to encourage new growth.
