A colourful annual mixture that contains flowers once common in cornfields many of these varieties are now rare and no longer seen growing in the wild. Sufficient for approximately 2 sq metres. Sow outside in spring, or from August to September by preparing a weed-free seed bed and rake it smooth. Broadcast the seed evenly over the site. Rake the seed into the soil and roll or firm the soil. Protect from birds. Flowers in early summer to autumn. Cut down after seed has fallen to encourage germination for the following season.
