Borage Seeds 
Latin Name: Borago officinalis

Borage is a hardy annual. The chopped young leaves may be added to salads to give the flavour of cucumber but should always be used very sparingly. It is the flowers that give this plant its charm and are an attractive addition to summer drinks and punches. The bright blue, star shaped flowers are a traditional addition to Pimms.
Sow from October until February and harvest from April until September. This plant does have a tendency to self seed. Height 80 cm Spread 60cm.

Directions
Sow outside in open ground at any time from October to February. Will grow in any soil but prefers full sun. Harvest leaves at any time and the flowers when they are fully open.
